For twenty years I was a stay at home mom. After my kids went off to college, I decided that instead of going back into Finance, I wanted to do something that I really enjoyed. Since I have always been passionate about fitness and enjoy being around and helping people, I decided that personal training would be the perfect fit, so I pursued a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients both on a one on one basis and in a group setting. Whether you are looking for guidance and motivation, increased muscle mass, cardiovascular health, decreased body fat, or someone to push you to your limits, I will be sure to help you reach your goals. It is very rewarding for me to see my clients transform to a healthier, happier and more fit lifestyle.
Besides training, I enjoy boating, golfing, reading, exercising, running and learning new things.
